Artichokes in tomato sauce
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut them into wedges, sauté in a mixture of chopped onion, oil and butter, sprinkled with wine, then add the tomatoes smoothies, add salt, pepper and cook for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Basil and parsley and serve.
