Artichokes with lemon
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut them into wedges and dip them in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Grate the lemon zest and finely chop the almonds.
Stir in lemon peel and almonds in 100 g of breadcrumbs.
Drain artichokes, Pat dry and pass them before in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry the artichokes in plenty of hot oil until browned, drain them with a skimmer, salt and serve them right away

- 8 artichokes
- 80 g of shelled almonds and peeled
- 2 lemons
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
