Baked artichokes
Instructions
Carefully clean the artichokes removing the stems, tips, outer leaves and any fluff in the Middle, then pass them for a few minutes in a pan where you will melt a knob of butter. Once softened, place them in an ovenproof dish well greased with butter, and fill the inner cavity of each artichoke with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan, 1 cream and 1 pinch of parsley. Cook in the oven at moderate heat for 20 minutes.

- 8 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 20 cl of cooking cream
- Chopped parsley
- Butter
