Carbonara special
Instructions
Heat 3 tablespoons oil 2 cloves of garlic, add the zucchini and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Beat with a whisk eggs and yolks with the cheese.
Cook spaghetti, drain underdone and overthrow them in eggs.
Combine Zucchini immediately after clearing the garlic and the chopped parsley.
Mix well and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 200 g of zucchini slices
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- 4 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
