Alici au gratin
Instructions
Clean the anchovies, cut the head, remove the bone, and open them on the back in a well-oiled baking pan.
In a bowl pour the vinegar, add 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 generous pinches of oregano, salt and black pepper; mix well and pour the mixture on the anchovies.
Place in oven a quarter of an hour at 200 degrees and serve immediately.

- 800 g of fresh anchovies
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 dram of wine vinegar
- 2 pinches of oregano
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
