Instructions
In a bowl beat the eggs, add, in equal proportions, grated pecorino and Parmesan until obtaining a creamy composed almost and add salt and pepper to taste.
Dice the bacon and cook rolled in a pan covered and sweet fire, if the bacon was too thin, add a little olive oil, until it has melted all the bacon fat and the meat is golden and crispy.
Pour the dough just drained in Bowl with eggs and add Bacon, stir and serve hot (if the eggs were to remain a little cash to spend everything in the pan until it reaches the desired consistency).
