Instructions
In a pan melt a knob of butter and briefly insaporitevi the meat, stirring often.
Withdrawn from heat, transfer to a bowl and add the finely chopped mortadella, soaked in milk crumb and squeezed, parsley, cheese, 2 beaten eggs.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix everything together, making sure that the dough is soft and cut into many balls.
Roll out with a rolling pin the thawed puff pastry.
With the toothed wheel trim about 30 squares.
Place a ball in the center of each roll up, then turn the ends as you do with the Charter of the candies.
Eventually, brush with egg yolk diluted with a tablespoon of milk.
Place the candy on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 300 g of stuffings
- 150 g of chopped mortadella
