Candy in pink sauce
Instructions
The candies are a special stuffed pasta.
Using a non-stick pan, melt the butter, add the prawns and saute it for about 7 minutes.
Soon after, add the brandy and continue cooking making the flame.
Then, reduce the heat, add the mascarpone, you pulled out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before use and stir until mixture is smooth.
Next, pour the tomato sauce and flavored by adding a pinch of salt.
Keep on stirring, and in the meantime boil the pasta in boiling salted water.
Cook them al dente and immerse it into the Pan, carefully mix everything together using a wooden spoon and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type paste candies
- 250 g of shrimps
- 300 g of mascarpone
- 40 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of brandy
- 1 tablespoon of tomato
- 1 pinch of salt
