Whimsical turkey
Instructions
Gently tap with the mallet, the slices of Turkey, in order to make them very thin, then put them on the hot grill and cook on both sides.
Remove meat, add salt and cut it into thin strips.
Peel the mushrooms, depriving them of any soil; rinse quickly under running water, drain them well and cut them into rings that you will reap in a bowl.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with the juice of half a lemon.
In a small bowl dissolve a pinch of salt with the juice of half a lemon, duly filtered, and emulsionatelo with the oil, until you have a smooth sauce.
Peel the salad, promptly wash it under running water and then mix it well sgocciolatela in a suitable dish with strips of Turkey and with the mushrooms.
Season everything with a fresh ground pepper and dress with the sauce ready.
Decorate preparation with fresh cucumber slices and serve.

- 200 g of sliced turkey breast
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of mixed salad
- 15 g of olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Cucumber
- 1 pinch of salt
- Minced 1 of black pepper in grains

- Some washers of fresh cucumber
