Instructions
You toast a medium size onion, finely sliced with butter and oil.
Then, in the FRY, take to Brown the pieces, slapstick, meat goat.

You can add-then-a handful of chopped parsley and a clove of garlic.
It covers the meat with a good prepared broth and let Cook slowly for about an hour and a half, until the broth is evaporated to leave a thick gravy.
