Instructions

Wash and peel the tomatoes, cut into rings and remove the seeds.

Slice the mozzarella to the thickness of 2-3 mm and place the two ingredients alternating concentric circles on the serving dish.

Sprinkle fresh basil leaves and seasoned with spilled oil and salt.

Keep in a cool place.

Accompanying wines: Soave DOC Frascati DOC, Greco Di Tufo DOC.
