The polish capon
Instructions
Clean and empty the Capon.
Slide it on skewers, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Roast for 45 minutes, then flour, anoint him with oil, sprinkle with salt and breadcrumbs, repeat for 3 times, always by turning on the spit.
When the Camara will have caught a nice golden color spray it with lemon juice and serve warm.

- 1 capon of 1500 g
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Salt
