Cappelletti with cream mediterranea
Instructions
Peel and finely chop the tomatoes without losing their liquid, then put them in a bowl.
Add the chopped basil, olive oil, robiola cheese, a pinch of salt and a little pepper.
Mix well and if necessary to soften the cream with a tablespoon or 2 of the pasta cooking water.
Season the pasta with the cream.
