Instructions

Keyway anchovies and remove the head and tail.

Try placing a layer on a baking tray, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with garlic and parsley, add salt sparingly and dust with breadcrumbs.

Cover with another layer of anchovies and season as the first.

Bake in the oven already warm for about 15 minutes.
