Fried scallops
Instructions
Vigorously and carefully brush the scallops and wash them in cold running water.
Put them in the oven for a few minutes to open the valve.
Remove the shells, remove the dark part, wash them and place them on a dish that will keep warm.
Keep the valve top of shells, and delete the other.
Lightly flour the scallops, emerge them in eggs that you churned with a little salt, then put them in the breadcrumbs.
FRY for about 5 minutes the shellfish in a large pan with hot oil.
Passed on absorbent paper and serve the scallops, after being put back into their shells, on a service platter decorated with tufts of parsley.
You can buy previously cleansed, scallops give from your fishmonger Mussels (just 4) ready.
In every shell you put 3 fried scallops.

- 12 scallops
- 2 eggs
- 70 == G Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of white flour
- Abundant of frying oil
- Some clumps of prezzemolo
- Salt
