Scallops with mushrooms
Instructions
Clean with a hard brush the shells, then wash them and put them in a large pan, laying them rounded side.
Let them open on the fire, then levatele and with a small knife remove the shellfish and coral.
Remove the socket and the black part.
Wash then half-domed shells under running water.
Minced muscles and corals, put the mixture into a bowl, add the lobster tails shelled and washed and beaten eggs.
Add salt and pepper.
Clean the mushrooms, slice them and let them dry in a knob of butter with garlic and a tablespoon of chopped parsley.
Add them to the mixture prepared.
Filled with this half-domed shells, sprinkle with a little bread crumbs, put on each a little butter and place in hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, until they are slightly au gratin.

- 16 scallops
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 150 g of shrimp
- 4 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of butter
