Shrimp at viareggio
Instructions
Wash thoroughly under running water and dry the shrimp well.
Rosolatele in a pan with a tablespoon of oil and the crushed garlic into seasoning, add the tomato sauce, ginger and a little water and cook for half an hour.
Serve time flat on a serving dish over bread slices, seasoning it with their sauce.

- 2000 g of shrimp
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bit of ginger
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- A few tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Some slices of toast
