Shrimp marinara
Instructions
In a large frying pan, prepare a vinaigrette with olive oil, chopped garlic, parsley and pepper.
Meanwhile, rinse the shrimp under running water, let them drain for a few minutes and place them neatly in pan.
Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and cook over a low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot.
