Razor clams tasty
Instructions
Cook the razor clams in salted water.
In a pan you make toast in the oil the cloves of garlic sliced and chopped parsley, then add the tomatoes, spappolandoli with a fork.
Add salt and pepper and simmer the sauce for 30 minutes, then pour it on Razor Clams drained al dente, stirring.
Place the dough in a buttered baking dish in layers, creating between a layer and the other a pinch of capers, olives and shredded stoned.
Finish with a layer of razor clams, which distribute a pinch of breadcrumbs and some butter.
Place in the oven already warm and let bake for about 20 minutes.

- 500 g of type razor clams pasta
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 30 g of butter
- 30 g of capers
- 50 g of anchovy fillets
- 100 g of black olives
- Breadcrumbs
