Instructions

Wash and bone the anchovies; put them to drain.

Meanwhile in plenty of oil and gently sauté the garlic; Add the anchovies and Brown combining crushed fennel seeds (because a slight more aroma).

Add salt and simmer gently turning once the anchovies.

Serve with polenta or toasted bread.
