Parmesan cheese cannoli
Instructions
Take a spoonful of grated cheese and deponetelo in a pile in the middle of a hot, non-stick frying pan on low heat.
Once the cheese has melted, widening into a crespellina, remove the latter and wrap it on a mold for cannoli.
8 prepared cannoli.
Reduce to thin fillets the ham and celery; mix them together and fill the cannoli cheesecake.
Dress the salad with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and then distribute them in dishes from a seat portion, the cannoli (2 each) and bring them to the table.

- 100 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 1 slice of ham (slices from 80 g)
- 1 costa of celery (80 g)
- Mixed salad
- Wine vinegar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
