Cannelloni di pesce
Instructions
Cook the cod into pieces in oil with chopped carrot, onion and celery.
After 15 minutes, add the boiled and drained broccoli, salt and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Boil the cannelloni.
Blend for a few seconds the Cod.
Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and arrange in a buttered baking dish.
Cover with bechamel sauce, parsley and diced tomato.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 200 g of type pasta cannelloni from boil
- 500 g of cod
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 150 g of florets of broccoli
- Béchamel sauce ready
- 2 tomatoes
- Chopped parsley
- Butter
- Salt
- Olive oil
