Instructions
It's a soup of chicken livers and rice typical of Portugal.
Prepare a chicken broth (old and FAT) flavoured with bay leaves, onion, garlic, black peppercorns.
Skim the broth during cooking and filter it through a wet towel to degrease it as much as possible.
Chop 500 g chicken livers and quickly Saute with a little oil, salt and pepper.
Pour the livers, drained, in boiling broth and combine 300 g boiled rice separately.
Add salt and garnish with chopped parsley.
Season with a pinch of Saffron (optional) melted in a little broth.

- Some leaves of laurel
- Onion
- Garlic
- Some grains of black pepper
- 500 g of chicken livers
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 300 g of boiled rice
- Chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of saffron (optional)
