Green butter scallops
Instructions
Before you start this preparation, let it soften butter at room temperature.
Put the softened butter into the Blender along with a little grated nutmeg, pepper to taste, freshly ground garlic peeled and cut into chunks, Basil and parsley.
Reduce all in cream, running the machine at low speed.
Repeatedly wash scallops, drain them and put them on the fire (moderato), in a large saucepan.
Let me open constantly mixing with a spatula.
Then put the mixture in the saucepan of butter, stir and remove the Pan from the fire.
Serve immediately, on a serving plate.
You can accompany with slices of toasted bread.
