Instructions

Make bread soften in boiling milk for 30 minutes.

Fry the Diced Bacon in melted butter, combine onion and parsley, remove almost immediately from heat and allow to cool.

Mix bread squeezed, eggs, a pinch of salt, nutmeg and Bacon, onion and parsley.

Form meatballs as big as mandarins and cook them in the broth for 15-20 minutes.
