South tyrolean dumplings
Instructions
Finely crush the crumb, blend it with the butter; stirring constantly, add the eggs, flour, a handful of parsley, nutmeg, salt and warm milk.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Moisten hands and, with the mixture, form balls of 5 cm in diameter.
Bring to a boil, pour the soup dumplings and cook gently for 20 minutes.

- 350 g of dry bread crumbs
- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- 25 cl of milk
- Chopped parsley
- Nutmeg
- 150 cl of meat broth
- Salt
