Instructions
Remove the crust from the bread, spread each slice with a little butter.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites, mince and deliver in alternating mounds at the four corners of the slice.
In the Center decorated with an anchovy fillet rolled.
Arrange on a serving platter and serve.
