Canapé oysters
Instructions
Cut the slices of bread, then tostatele and let them cool down.
Thoroughly wash the oysters and open them with the appropriate tool.
Remove the mussels and place in a bowl.
Put the butter, slightly softened at room temperature, and knock it in a bowl with a wooden spatula to mount it to cream; Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and mustard and mix everything thoroughly.
Spread the slices of bread with some of this mixture and settle to an oyster.
Add ketchup to the remaining butter and mix until all sarê not well-blended.
Put the mixture into a pastry bag with a star nozzle and decorated the oysters with a cord of cream.
Arrange the canapes on the service plate, which you will decorate with lemon slices and parsley, and serve immediately.
