Vegetable calzone
Instructions
Knead the flour with all ingredients, mix until you get a soft dough.
Divide it in two Pats and let it grow for 15 minutes.
Providing butter a baking sheet.
Roll out the dough and cut two disks; the first is lying on the bottom of the Pan and is poured over it the stuffing of vegetables.
Then go with a brush dipped in beaten egg the outer edge of the dough.
Cover with the other disk and puncture it with a fork.
Then place the wet brush with egg and bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes for the filling: Put the oil in a saucepan and cook onion over low heat for 20 minutes, making sure to stir often.
Remove from heat and add the previously boiled and chopped chicory, cheese and olives and tomatoes.
Mix and put on the stove for 10 minutes.
Then the stuffing is ready to be used
Ingredients and dosing for 10 persons
- For the dough:
- 1000 g of flour
- 100 g of olive oil
- 20 g of yeast
- 10 g of salt
- 200 g of warm milk
- For the filling:
- 100 g of olive oil
- 1000 g of finely sliced onion
- 2000 g of swiss chard
- 300 g of pitted olives
- 50 g of cheese
- 4 peeled tomatoes
