Calzone with ricotta
Instructions
Pass the ricotta through a sieve.
Finely slice the pepperoni and cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Coarsely chop the basil leaves.
In a bowl mix basil, mozzarella and salami with a drizzle of oil.
Add the chicken, stir, add salt and pepper.
Stir again.
Turn on the oven to 250 degrees.
Roll out the pastry until you get a disc.
Grease a baking surface and lay over the dough.
Grease the dough with a spoon of oil and distribuiteci over the filling on one half.
Fold the dough matching edges and carefully sigillateli by pressing with your fingers.
Brush the calzone which you formed with a little oil and bake.
Fate Cook for 25 minutes, then serve immediately.

- 500 g of basic pizza dough (see recipe)
- 200 g of ricotta
- 1 mozzarella
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 100 g of pepperoni napoletano
- 1 egg
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
