Calzone with mozzarella and parma ham
Instructions
Cut the mozzarella into cubes small.
Cut the ham into strips.
In a bowl put the mozzarella, prosciutto, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper, grated nutmeg and mix everything with two eggs.
Roll the dough and divide into two equal disks about 1/2 cm thick each.
Turn on the oven to 250 degrees.
Beat the remaining egg with a little water and moisten it with a disk of dough.
Put on top of the filling.
Cover with the other disk of dough which is moistened with beaten egg with a little water.
Seal the edges by pressing with your fingers.
Brush the surface of the calzone with a little oil and bake for 25 minutes.
Served hot.

- 500 g of basic dough for pizza (see recipe)
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 50 g of sliced ham
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- Chopped parsley
- Nutmeg
- Olive oil
- Lard
