Instructions
Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl.
Sift in the flour on a pastry Board fountain, make a recess in the Center, put the egg, lard, salt and lemon juice: mix well and roll out a thin sheet.
Spread the filling on half of the mounds spaced pasta, cover them with the other half, press well all around, then cut out many discs with a cookie-cutter or with a glass.
Fry the ' opportunity ' in hot oil and drain them of gold from both sides: serve.
