Squid stuffed with vincenzo
Instructions
Clean the squid, chop the tentacles, chop the zucchini, onion, tomatoes and mix with salt, pepper, shrimps, soya sauce and breadcrumbs.
Fill the squid and stitch.
Brown them in a pan, season with salt and add the white wine up when cooked.
Possibly add a little water, serve with boiled potatoes sprinkle of chopped parsley.

- 7 squid
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- 300 g of shrimp
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Olive oil
- 1 glass white wine
