Stuffed squid (5)
Instructions
Twelve clean squid.
Take the Tufts and toss them to the mixer together with 70 g of breadcrumbs, a little salt and black pepper, chopped parsley and 150 g of shelled Prawn tails.
Dry squid bodies and stuff them with the filling, then cover them with a stick.
Now in a Pan fry some garlic clove and join, after-obviously-clean and cut into strips two heads of radicchio rosso: let it simmer for a few minutes and then sit on the stuffed calamari.
Add salt and pepper and let simmer over low heat covered for about 30 minutes, until the sauce has rather limited.

- 12 squid
- 70 == G Breadcrumbs

- 150 g of shelled shrimp tails
- Some cloves of garlic
- 2 heads red chicory
