Squid and cabbage
Instructions
Clean the squid, wash them under running water and cut into small pieces.
Wash the cabbage, cut into strips and let it wilt in olive oil with the chopped onion and a few fennel seeds.
Season with salt, cover the Pan and let simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Aside from blowing up the squid in oil over high heat with the whole garlic, season with salt and moisten with the wine.
When the cooking will begin to shrink combine the cabbage and Cook, still over high heat.
Before serving, remove garlic.

- 800 g of squid
- 1 cabbage
- 1 onion
- Fennel seeds
- Sweet wine
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
