Instructions

Chop garlic, parsley and Rosemary and saute them in oil.

Merge then the squid, pureeing the tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Bake covered for 50 minutes.

Halfway through the cooking combine the peas and carrots into rings.

Add a knob of butter and serve.
