Instructions
Make toast coffee until it appears light brown.
Pour it in a mortar and finely tritatelo; put it in a glass jar with alcohol and allow to infuse for four days.
Spent the time, dissolve the sugar in boiling water for a few minutes, let it cool and pour into the jar where is coffee.
Let stand an infusion for another 8 days.
Strain the liquid and travasatelo in individual bottles.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 250 g of raw coffee
- 1500 g of sugar
- 750 g of water
