Iced coffee
Instructions
Pour into a container of terracotta 180 g of freshly ground coffee, 90 g sugar and 1 l of boiling water.
Put the bowl in a pan with boiling water and let simmer the Bain-Marie coffee, sweet, flame for about 30 minutes.
Remove from heat, allow to cool and strain through a cloth texture thick cotton.
Pour it into a glass jug and place it in the cooler of the refrigerator for two hours at least.
When serving pour into each glass 1 spoon of cream.
