Instructions
Grated rind of half a lemon, a tablespoon of whipped cream and a cinnamon stick.
A hot drink with coffee, very original and like in an extraordinary way.
Fill to three-quarters a teacup with the hot coffee.
Add the sugar lumps, the rum, the clove and lemon peel, stir and complete with a dollop of whipped cream.
Serve coffee with the cinnamon stick.

- Hot coffee
- 2 lumps of sugar
- Cl = 2 = Rum
- 1 clove
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 1 tablespoon of whipped
- 1 stick of cinnamon
