Spiced butter
Instructions
The doses are for 500 g spiced butter.
In a bowl mix all the spices.
Melt the butter on very low heat or in a double boiler.
Bring to a boil.
At this point, pour the spices, onion and garlic.
Cook for about 45 minutes without mixing.
The remaining milk solids settle to the bottom.
Cook until dora.
Withdraw only the clear butter and filter multiple times.
Keep the butter in the refrigerator in a sealed glass jar.

- 2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Some pinches of cardamom
- 1/2 stick of cinnamon
- Some pinches of nutmeg
- 2 cloves of whole garlic
- 1/2 sliced onion
