Instructions

Put the butter, slightly softened at room temperature, in a bowl.

Join the cayenne pepper and mix everything until you get a soft, creamy and smooth, that avvolgerete in a sheet of greaseproof paper or aluminium foil, forming a ' sausage '.

Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

The ' spicy ' butter is great for spreading on crackers or to fill boats or small pastries.
