Fennel butter
Instructions
Let soften butter at room temperature and then with a little whip cream to mount it.
Then blanch the garlic, spellatelo and with the prongs of a fork for crushing of fine and combine it with butter.
Add the fennel seeds powder, reduced the filtered juice of half a lemon to the colander and a hint of white pepper.
Mix and serve.
For meat and fish cooked on the grill.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 pinch of white pepper
