Instructions

Put the caviar in a bowl with a little butter softened at room temperature.

Mix with a wooden spoon until you get a perfectly homogeneous.

Pass the stencil or a sieve, collecting the proceeds in a bowl.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

You can serve the caviar butter spread on sandwiches.
