Instructions

Work the mascarpone cheese with sugar, cream and the vanilla using the whip.

Heat preservation liquid of pineapple with the isinglass after having softened in warm water to melt well.

Combine the mascarpone mixture.

Add chopped pineapple and berries.

Then pour into a mold and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
