Tofu pudding and strawberries
Instructions
Processed tofu and 200 g of strawberries in a blender or mortar.
Boil agar agar and corn malt in water for 10 minutes and add the tofu and Strawberry Smoothie.
Cut the remaining strawberries into thin slices and use them as decoration in the cups.
Served cold.

- 10 g of agar agar
- 200 g of tofu
- 300 g of strawberries
- 2 cups of water
- 3 tablespoons of corn malt
