Rice pudding with fruit
Instructions
Cook the rice in boiling milk with lemon zest.
Remove from heat, remove the peel and add sugar, raisins soaked in liqueur, cinnamon and, one at a time, the egg yolks.
Allow to cool and add the egg whites until foamy.
Toggle into a mold layers of rice and canned fruit.
Pass the candy in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 125 g of rice
- 80 g of sugar
- 300 g of mixed fruit in syrup
- 2 tablespoons of sultanas
- 2 eggs
- 50 cl of milk
- Lemon zest
- 1 dram of aniseed liqueur
- Little of cinnamon
