Ricotta pudding (2)
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese with milk, sugar, rice starch, egg yolks and rum to taste.
When the mixture is homogeneous incorporated clear gently whip until foamy soda well.
Grease a mould to donut, pour the ricotta cream and bake one hour at 180 degrees.
Take the mold, let it cool, put on the serving dish and keep in the refrigerator a few hours before serving.
Great joined with jelly or Marmalade.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 700 g of roman ricotta
- 5 eggs
- 280 g of sugar
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 tablespoons of rice starch
- Rum
- Butter
