Peach pudding (5)
Instructions
Peel and chop the peaches, cook them in writing mixing white wine 3 tablespoons sugar.
Pass the cooked peaches to the knitting mill and dry mashed it a bit on very low heat.
Allow to cool, then gently clear mounted to snow.
Put the mixture into a mold and bake in a water bath for 15 minutes.
Serve cold.

- 6 peaches
- 50 cl of white wine
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 egg whites
