Peach pudding (4)
Instructions
Place the isinglass in cold water to soften.
Pour the milk in a saucepan, combine 1 sugar and stirring, let it dissolve.
Add the isinglass and riamalgamare.
Filter the preparation.
Peel and cut into small pieces and merge them peaches to mixture along with the cream.
Mix the preparation and place in 1 pudding mold.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
When the mixture is solidified, pull out on 1 serving dish and decorate with raspberries and Mint.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 peaches
- 20 cl of milk
- 10 cl of cream
- 100 g of sugar
- 15 g of isinglass
- Fresh mint
- 10 raspberries
