Instructions

Peel the peaches, slice them and mash them with a fork in a large bowl, combine sugar, amaretti crumbs and beaten eggs.

Grease a pudding mold, spolverizzarlo with the crushed biscuits, fill it with the mixture of peaches and bake for about 45 minutes.

Let cool, then unmold, cover with the diluted with gin jam and serve.
